Shipping Policy

Price

The price of delivery is calculated at the end of your order. This is likely to vary depending on the country of destination.

Sending
All orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped on weekends or outside Atelier Kabuto opening hours.
You will receive an email notification with once the order has been shipped. You will have a tracking number if you choose this option when ordering.
The tracking number is usually operational one to two days after your order has been sent.

Prints in A5 and A4 format are sent by post.

Prints in A3 format are sent as a parcel.

Delivery delay

- Estimated delivery time in France: 2-5 working days after dispatch
- Estimated delivery time in Europe: 5 to 15 working days after dispatch
- Estimated delivery time outside Europe: 5 to 20 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to external situations beyond the control of Atelier Kabuto and therefore cannot be guaranteed. (Example: strike, covid-19...)

Exceptional delivery times

Delivery times may be extended exceptionally during the year. In this case, information will be visible at the latest one week before on the website www.atelierkabuto.com.

Damages and delays

Atelier Kabuto is not responsible for loss, delay or damage to the package/envelope suffered by the shipping service. It is your commitment to check the status of your order in the presence of the delivery person to justify any damage to the products that is not related to the carrier. If you give an incomplete or incorrect address at the time of purchase, no costs can be refunded.

Reinforced packaging

Your fine art prints are delivered through sturdy cardboard post boxes. In addition, each print is packaged with a cardboard plate.
